Moving from Excel, Word and Foxpro Software system, Checkmate made a strategic decision to go for a customer software to manage and operate all aspects of its business. The integrated ERP system gives them the flexibility to manage their business needs and provide real-time information to their customers, as well as delivers the agility necessary to adapt to changing demands in an increasingly challenging marketplace.
We understood the client’s business process from their various departments and worked out a workflow which optimized their business process. We strategically started to build the application module by module and making their core team members start using the system. Their difficulties were identified to solve and enhance their work profile. We developed multiple modules over a period of 15 months from Recruitment, People Management, Payroll, Compliances, Billing and Invoicing, Stores and Administration.
Dashboards for each module was created which gave an insight on the status for every month. Through which Management was able could quickly and precisely assess the particular department.
